The Story of Marisa's Cakes & Bakes

Hi Everyone, my name is Marisa. 

I have always loved baking, I’ve been baking with my parents from a very young age, however when I became a teenager it wasn’t something I did often. Then my daughter was born in 2018 and she was allergic to cow's milk, soya and eggs so I started baking for her (check out my blog). The passion for baking quickly grew and soon I was baking birthday cakes and more, for my whole family. 

I could never have dreamed it would turn into a business, but here I am at 25 doing what I love. This business is everything I could have hoped for and I’m so excited to be sharing it with all of you. 

All my bakes are homemade, by myself, a Cornish baker. I sell to some businesses in my hometown, Bude. I also sell special occasion cakes; check out my Gallery; and other bakes, to people around my area.
